Look, I'm one who believes experience is the best, but seriously, if you don't have any experience with building big projects/buildings/etc, you look at gaining experience by building small buildings and so on until you have gained the required experience, allowing you to move upwards.

And another thing - what good is it for you to win a multimillion rand tender but you do such shoddy workmanship?

So utterly disgusting, and I cannot fathom how this woman does not feel ashamed of herself? (in fact, all these parasites that leech off public money).. Sies on her! Makes me sick to my stomach.
 
Seem not even the president is immune to corner cutting tender cronies.

No, because by that time you are liquidated and have received most of your money already as an advance payment. Her company was also liquidated if I read correctly.

In the past if you wanted to tender for a big tender you had to supply a bank guaranty to show that you are financially strong enough and your company was evaluated by knowledgeable program managers to ensure your technical competency. The program managers had the necessary background to evaluate tenders on technical and financial requirements.

Today you register a company and tender. If successful (by whatever means) you get your few R million advance payment as you have nothing to start off with. Then off you go with a stolen bakkie, some shovels, wheelbarrows etc. and start building the highway or any other projects you have tendered for.
After a short while, with many delays and more advance payments, you disappear over night from the construction site and leave the work to be finished by the next new-age entrepreneur with more advance payments. :whistle:

Just what I was thinking. We have a problem with unemployment so why not constantly create opportunities for all. Except it would go to tender and the highest price will win ;)
