My Opel Corsa 6.9 l/100 km

BUT, this hike equates to R41.85 more per tank.
 
Who they blaming now? Oil seems to be the same for a long time?
 
oil went up to about $114 a barrel and the rand has dropped to R8.40 to $1.... thanks to investor confidence dip due to the "Lonmin Massacre"
 
I'll pay R42 more to fill up my tank, this is a recipe for a South African social unrest.
 
Why don't they make it R5 more. Why not R10?

If I want to get ****ed I want it to be done properly.

Last time petrol went down was because oil dropped to $100, it shot up past $110 quite quickly so thats the biggest issue, the weak rand is not helping, so you can bet it is going to go up again in October if the Rand does not improve. Unfortunately as my Old Man puts it, August through November is Strike season.... wont help the Rand at all....

I don't understand south african's, they will strike for everything except the petrol price.
