So the high standard Pali has no idea how a censor works.
That should have been census. You know how that works?Of course I know how a censor works. SA is trying this all the time. Any gaps in my knowledge of censorship, I have filled.

Agreed, people should just take a couple of minutes to complete the census instead of adding to the burden.Well it's not like SA has a huge back log of prosecutions to deal with in the courts or that the police and prosecution authority have a lot of crime to deal with, or that money is in short supply to prosecute people for not answering a form........... Oh, wait.........

Census forms would be a recipe (and a shopping list) for future robberies and home invasions. Detailed information on the number of adults and their remuneration would be useful information for predatory scumbuckets. The only thing preventing this is an ‘oath’. Oaths are not recognised by kulcha.
My there's more important things in the world to bitch about.
/rant off
Thats my point exactly. We waited how many years for an arms deal probe? Yet three 'households' are charged almost instantly for refusing to complete forms days prior to census even closing? Maybe I'm the only one seeing the bigger picture? I see more and more petty charges being persued by the state against the people while state corruption remains rampant. By all means ignore it if you enjoy being bullied by a state which fails to lead by example. This has nothing to do with papers and everything to do with the enormity of the momentum as we move towards the reality of absolute power, absolute corruption.
I'm having a hard time thinking of a state on earth that leads by good example. In addition it's quite standard that those with influence and power manage to stave off or completely avoid being investigated and prosecuted.Thats my point exactly. I can't understand why anyone would want to obstruct the census takers.
Really? I think various western countries manage this quite well. Charging people with minor crimes, trumping up the charges and inflating sentences. And this sort of thing goes down very well with the law and order, zero tolerance types. But, and this is where an important distinction must be made, those nations tend not to function effectively enough to charge civilians for not handing in census paperwork.
Yes, it is hard to understand how they managed this complex investigation, were able to get undercover agents infiltrated into these families, and finally even able to collect enough evidence to bring charges.so effectively able to charge civilians so promptly and efficiently?
And before everyone was complaining about how the police simply allowed these violent destructive protests free reign. How is the state's security instrument able to violently oppose service delivery protests so potently?
That's what states do. And I don't mean some country run by a tinpot tyrant. Western, so-called democracies. It seems the state is highly effective in cases of the state versus the people and yet highly impotent in cases when the state needs to act for the people. How does this bode well for a 'free, democratic' society?
Really?
Its Census has been done since yonks.![]()
