What good news? In the last 10yrs the figures have not changed much, people are being killed like flies.

Below is about a 2/3rd, possibly a little less, excerpt from a full A4 magazine page. The chances of being murdered in a year in SA is the equivalent of hitting that little red box at the bottom of the full A4 page with a dart.

I'm fairly certain flies run a far greater risk in each year.

I don't understand your point. Are you saying that if you kill someone for political reasons then it's not murder? Why should those murdered in political violence be so easily dismissed?
