Hi Stoke, Drak

Good point regarding the ICASA regulations. Maybe something like:

Telkom has not fully complied with the ICASA ADSL Regulations released over a year ago.
--When will Telkom be in full compliance with the ADSL regulations?
--Does this mean that it will provide uncapped local bandwidth, abolish port prioritization and stop periodic resets as required by the regulations?

Add to this: How will Telkom compensate users for the damages due to the lack of compliance to the regulations?

I know he won't answer any questions regarding the MTN-Tekom deal however

Q: If the deal was made, how big a chunk if any of the SAT3 cable access do they get ?

Q: If prepaid Bandwidth can rollover and some ISP's offer this kind of service y cnt telkom?

Q: How does telkom plan to deal with the enormous amount of bandwidth needed for 2010 if the undersea cables tht were proposed to land here dont?

Q: Why are most of the HelpDesk support at telkom, excuse the lack of a better word, incompetent?

Dear Mr September

Is it true that it took you 7 years to complete your 4 year engineering degree in UCT ???

Why is ADSL not available on a prepaid line?
Yes, please rpm make that one of the questions that gets asked - if asked correctly, it has the potential to unravel the wool that Telkodemonopolies has been trying to pull over the eyes of consumers.
