ASUS Eee Pad transformer

It gets the most attention, is very stable, and is pretty close to stock.
Can play with kernels if you are keen on over clocking. I ran at 1.4 for a while but found stock speed to be fine so stuck to it as battery drain goes up when you OC. You can temp OC if you play a game or something that requires a bit more grunt.

WebAntics got new Asus accessories about 2 weeks ago. I got the keyboard from them as soon as their stock came in.
Check with them.

I just cannot logon to Nedbank...please help. I tried with stock browser and Dolphin HD. With Asus Keyboard and Thumbkeyboard....
I can enter profile fine but cannot go to the next field. If I click on it nothing happens or it zooms in

This may sound weird but happened on my Galaxy tab in landscape mode. Rotating to portrait worked for me.

A quick question regarding splashtop remote. How does it actually 'work'. Iv used it a couple times on my transformer to view documents etc from my laptop, but was wondering what the technology is behind it. Does it work over your wifi network? if so, then does it use any internet bandwidth?

Its a simple Client - Server system to connect to a desktop and doesn't use internet at all, well that is unless you share your home PC via Internet and connect to it using 3G instead of WIFI.

The reason people use that instead of build in Remote Desktop from windows is the way Splashtop's stream the video and audio data, it allows for 3D games and even movies to be streamed.

You can always just use the simple https://market.android.com/details?id=com.wyse.pocketcloudfree and turn on Windows remote access or install vnc if you dont want to use high quality video sharing.

This new compass interference problem introduced with 3.2 update is going to drive me to flash any day now.....

From what I am reading it seems that its only affecting the Tablets that was updated on release day, somehow it does not affect the people that updated from the Sunday onwards :(

See http://www.transformerforums.com/forum/asus-transformer-help/3667-compass-interference.html
Very strange indeed. I wonder if they didn't slip a quick fix into the later update version.

Apparently all the TW version tabs received an update to resolve some of the 3.2 issues yesterday. We should receive it shortly too.

YES YES YES.... just got another update. Compass problem is gone, also got the option to change my dam pointer back to a arrow instead of that useless circle.

Oddly it also ran some type of update to the Keyboard dock, after the OS was updated, my guess is this was for the people that had the battery drain issue.

Just forced a recheck for updates and it came through on mine too :)

Any idea on how big it was, my cap is running low...

Sorry I did not check and was using a friends ADSL when I did it. My guess would be to check Asus support site and see if they list it under the files there, they normally list the file size as well.

EDIT: fixed auto correct spelling mistake, how the hell do you get "addled" from ADSL ?
