ATT: Hugo - Extremely slow internet

Hugo please assist. My internet connection has slowed down to 0.07Mbps from > 0.90Mbps. Please help me resolve this a.s.a.p. The Neotel support call center couldn't help me but they logged a fault on my behalf. No reference number was given because the call was cut short. I will PM you my details.
 
I don't have an option. No Telkom lines in my complex and I hate iBurst.
 
Hugo, is it difficult to reply to your customers? No PM, no call? You and your support crew deserve to join the unemployment line.

Correct but why didn't you at least PM me back last week? Is this how you treat your customers?
