Authentic Wagyu, where?

They don't have a store in Durban nor a display of their meat online. I just go to Castle Walk....
Castle to far from my fortress. I need something here in the Zulu Kingdom.

I got some from Karoo Kitchen last time, but tasted like dog. I'm sure there was probably also a proudly South African sticker on it. I want manga!

You would probably be better off with a decent cut of beef from a reputable seller.

Not Durban but....

This is F1 Wagyu/Bonsmara - raised on the farm by my father in law. While it is a split, you would go far to find something non-Wagyu that can compare to this. Oh, of course my braai skills also played a role...

Im too scared to click on the link. Is this related to @Grant in any way?

I don't know why you would take wagyu and make a burger out it. All of that marbling, ruined.

It's like putting a pizza and a beer in a NutriBullet and calling it a great meal.

I've always assumed that they used off-cuts and/or the bits that they can't turn into steaks for the burgers.

Saw PnP sell sausage, burgers etc but not steaks.. still looking for the matured steaks.
