II signed up with Cell-C about 6 month ago, from day 1 i am experiencing calls drop and network error, when i receive calls there are no problems especially if its from another ISP,,I tried to complain to Auto page (my ISP) without any success, they full of excuses. Poor service, I also singed for the Cell-C package straight up 400 which Cell-C added 2GB per month,, can not get my bundle from Super call, they giving me all sort of stories.. Check your phone,, change your sim, their consultants at the call centre are rude,, lairs and don’t reply to emails,,
Anyone can advice what i can do,, those ISP thinking they controlling our life by holding our numbers with their contract..

Old story, not anymore. You can port your number, it is your right. Assuming account is not in areas, they will assign a new number to your contract.
