We are on the Axxess 384 Uncapped package.
A while back I wrote in about getting throttled quite heavily.
Our line has been checked and rechecked.
The issue with the ISP.
Out of the two people on the line, I am by far the heavier user. I download, in comparison to my line speed and other users out there, probably not much, but it does amount to a good few gigs a month.
The throttling is getting worse and worse by the month.
PLEASE, Axxess, give me a SIMPLE way of checking WHEN I have been throttled and WHY I have been throttled.
Over time you've sorted out most of the small things that bugged me, but this is now a major source of aggravation and compared the control panel we used to have with another ISP, yours bites, big time.
HtF can a 384 line have enough of an impact on the network to warrant throttling?
Why anyone spends money on faster lines and accounts is beyond me.
