Axxess ADSL Help

Hey guys...

Im been looking around for a good adsl data package for a 4mb line.. Most shaped packages which im looking at cost roughly just under R500. Mweb and openweb were my intial options but after seeing that axxess allows for 2 concurrent simultaneous connection I am considering taking that and sharing the data with another person. Is that a good idea? Is axxess reliable? My key use would be for usenet downloading.

they use IS, they will throttle you after a few gigs, though i heard the axxess express is decent, though just 1 connection.

I have no problem with Axxess myself nut then again I do not make use of their uncapped service only the ADSL lite which costs about R19 /gig of unshaped data. This works great for my gaming...

I've read that For the 4096kbps Accounts, if you're in Top 50% of IS users for this connection speed, you will be shaped.. Any idea what usage ranks within the top 50% of IS users?
