axxess and mweb 1mb uncapped adsl

anyone using either the mweb or axxess 1 mb uncapped adsl options...comes to around R540-R588 pm all inclusive...i have 2 queries....1) What is the absolute lowest, average, and highest download speeds? 2) will this line be fast enough to stream video..not necessarily very high quality..but watchable...want to stream football matches..
