Have canceled Axxess Fibre:

This is in response to ticket: uncapped fibre cancelation, created on 2020-07-19 21:18:05

Thank you for your email, Your services are set to cancel for the end of August as a full calendar months notice is required

What do I do with ONT moving out and rental agents taking over from there..

Do i just leave it at house with B number?

The ONT stays at the property always. You can take the router with you supplied by the ISP.

The Openserve system is very clever. When an ISP places a new order for provide Openserve first checks if there is a B number in the holding pool that matches the address. If there is it will migrate it automatically and activate the service speed that has been ordered.

If the new tenant signs up for a migrate in using the B number the ISP that they signup with will receive ownership of the B number at the speeds that you were using when you cancelled. So lets say it's a 10Mbps line. If the new tenant signup for a migrate in at another ISP as say 100Mbps the line will be at 10Mbps when the ISP receives it.

So you can be nice and write the B number and speed on a tape and stick it onto the ONT if they migrate in time there should be no downtime. If the B number is not migrated within 14 days it gets ceased in the holding pool and they would need to signup for a new installation again.
