Axxess for the capped user

Sorry, what can you do with local bandwidth cap? I know about gaming, but I'm not a gamer. And I know any site hosted in South Africa... but which useful stuff is hosted in South Africa?

I have accounts with both Axxess and WebAfrica, both allow credit cards, both provide instant activation.

Ryan, the only reason I buy SAIX local is for access to the SAIX news server. Although it is not always reliable, it is very fast.

If you buy a prepaid GB from WA before you run out then you can use that account in future when you do run out to visit the site and top up.

I've one of those in reserve - I also use have for my xbox live and another unshaped for skype.

Just checked the webafrica site, and it is R125 for un-shaped... The R99 I was refering to (Axxess) was for un-shaped...

Does Axxess provide local accounts on a prepaid basis? I thought they only did them as month-to-month.

EDIT: From Axxess' website

ADSL Local Only accounts are normal month to month billed accounts. The remaining bandwidth
does not carry over to next month. If you are looking for that service then please
look at our Prepaid or Now accounts.

Not AFAIK, I only know of WebAfrica who offer prepaid local (SAIX)
