Am I the only one who seems to be having endless issues with the combination of these two companies?
I had1Gbps FTTH installed September last year and my total downtime has been close to a month, yet they refuse to credit me for anything. I have yet to approach the legal options in this regard, but I lose more money in a day than what I pay them for a month.
I have finally managed to get a cancellation in, to move to Vox (hopefully better), but it will only commence end of April. Getting it done earlier would have costed me an extra R2k (although I seriously regret not paying it earlier).
Last two days no internet - can’t do a thing, can’t work, can’t communicate with my family, nothing. Service light on my fiber box has been off. Phoned them, emailed them did live chat, all that. And they talk to me, but the latest has been it will take up to 48 hours - insane.
