Axxess hosted Website Database connection

Any help, I'm having trouble connecting to my website database for a website hosted at Axxess. Keep getting "access denied" error. The thing is the website works fine on localhost and also tried it at AH and it also worked well there.
Anyone help?

Have you created the MySQL user and attached it to the DB? Maybe also try using 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost (if you aren't already) in your config.

Access cPanel. Click on mySQL browser or phpMyAdmin. Then see if your database is there.

They do but not everyone allows it.

You can only access db from host - not from external :-(

You'll probably want to use a small VPS/ Cloud instance for remote DB management. Seems to be a growing trend of shared hosts blocking anything other than the host from accessing the DB.
