AXXESS shape CAPPED accounts

I have moved from uncapped account to capped account because when you download P2P on uncapped nothing else work like DNS queries. I have been fighting for months with no success that they shaped and throttle capped account and send them several graphs proving it and all they refer back to is speed test. Their consultant unable to understand the basics and time after time given up fighting. I have spoken to the manager and confirmed that something is wrong with my account and was promised feedback that never happen.

They shape CAPPED accounts and prey on the ignorance of the people to say it might be the download. The same ftp download or P2P on LTE runs at speeds in access 5MB/s.

They are aware of all these problems and forwarded to the developers but still do not care.

I've suspected for a while and tested and managed to convince myself. They won't budge but I will. Come the end of month cool ideas here I come.

Afrihost and Axxess have shaped capped and unshaped capped accounts -which is ridiculous.
(Obviously you pay more for an unshaped account -it's all about the $'s after all.)

I used to be on Afrihost, then they introduced the shaping into capped accounts, then I was shaped, then I packed up and left.
I went on over to Vox where I paid less for more unshaped cap.
It's been a year and a half and haven't looked back since.

When Afrihost (and Axxess, because Afrihost owns Axxess) introduced shaping into their capped accounts is when they lost the plot, for me.
