Axxess Uncapped ADSL?

Hello..

I currently have the Mweb Uncapped 384kbps @ R219.00 pm.. I am thinking of getting the Axxess Just Uncapped @ R196.00 pm. (Unshaped, 2 concurrent connections) for use in two households.. Number of questions:

1) How is Axxess as an ISP?
2) How is the unshaped service? Is it really unshaped?
3) If someone is using the account at full speed in household1, can another person also use the account at full speed in household 2?
4) Any other recommendations? Main things are: Uncapped, 2 concurrent connections for around the same price.

2) How is the unshaped service? Is it really unshaped? yes until you get throttled more you use, slower the internet gets.
3) If someone is using the account at full speed in household1, can another person also use the account at full speed in household 2? no speed get spilt between the 2, some guys says it does not really spilt up both gets same speed, not sure if it is true.
4) Any other recommendations? Main things are: Uncapped, 2 concurrent connections for around the same price. No only IS uncapped allow 2 connections

I'm averaging about 20 per month, but its not spread out evenly.. I'm not sure what to get :/
