Has anyone else signed up with Axxess VOIP and is it working? Can the Axxess Lady let us know if there are issues?

I signed up almost 3 weeks ago and still don't have service. Their control panel shows "Awaiting service completion". The last contact I had with Axxess was about a week ago when I was asked if I'd given the RICA docs, which I had done. I am not getting replies to support tickets and gave up holding on for the call center.
