Bad Driving thread

This bloke in a Vivo doesn't understand what the white line means and where you have to stop in relation to it at a traffic light. Or shall I say he stopped behind it and then started creeping over it. By the time the light changed he was nearly in the middle of the intersection.

I think most of these VW drivers are like that, with their "SWAG" hand. I normally leave them in the dust, forced to roll up his windows.

Maybe they put the SWAG in VolkSWAGen as mentioned above :crylaugh:

Today at 1.50 pm, behind a lady wearing a burka in a Mercedes was entering Game KC car-park. She was too far from the ticket machine, so on came the reverse lights. She backed up about a car length and I thought she might not stop, so tooted the horn. She put it into forward, turned the wheel and hit the pole next to the ticket machine. The guards came running

Luckily there are two entrances side by side, so I went in the other one

These burkas Muslim ladies wear do I am sure affect your vision.

Nie baie slim nie :crylaugh:

I was parked off at the local drive-thru for lunch and spent about half an hour just looking at how people behave in traffic near an intersection. People using turning lanes to go straight, skipping red lights, not indicating, turning across incoming traffic in the hopes that the person who has right of way will stop for you, the list goes on...

I don't know if this belongs in the bad driving thread but somebody in my complex ran over a girl's ankle this morning. I didn't see it happen, I heard the crunk as he rode over something, then as I got closer, I saw her lying behind his car screaming in pain, with her ankle already bruising.

I don't know who is at fault, I don't know if he wasn't looking or if she jumped out from nowhere. Happened right in front of the exit gate of the complex.

What a way to start your holidays - a broken ankle! Might not have been broken, not 100% sure, but it looked sore.

Idube, is that really a less than 5 tons vehicle ?

He stayed for 3/4 kms on that lane, hogging all the traffic after Pietermaritzburg at peak time.

This moron passed me at an intersection into the oncoming lane, for what reason I cannot fathom as there was little to no traffic. Then towards the end he straddles both lanes in the slipway. What a jerk.

This driver of a Honda Jazz - FX 32 FG GP - was driving at between 45 & 50 km/h in the right hand lane in a 70 km/h zone - notice him enter the picture at the start of the clip - how long I waited on the slip road for the lights to change - how quickly I then caught up to him as he was driving along at a snail's pace & how I had to then slow down to under 50 km/h in order to overtake him on the left.

A testament to German build quality - the spiritual successor to the Delta Motor Corporation of South Africa Opel Monza 160i GSi Car of the Year 1991 can still be driven away (apparently) after viciously attacking and killing the poor defenceless Ford Ranger bakkie, which was left 'capsized' in a mangled heap of twisted scrap metal on the road!

So a car could now be COTY1991 and SOFY2018 (safest car of the year 2018) at the same time!

Opel is brilliant.
