Now type a few word to explain why the red circled car is the bad driver and not the Polo (Vivo?), as atonement.
Right away, sir.
At this point in time it in indiscernible as to which vehicle contained the bad driver. It may have been one, the other, both, or neither but some bad driving was clearly involved.
The red circle was merely there to point out the other vehicle involved in the collision as it may have been difficult to determine how the Polo ended up with a sad bonnet in the middle of an intersection from the picture alone.

Don't forget those that drive around with those LED lightbars turned on that are as wide as the bakkies they are usually found on, putting out hundreds of lumens right onto our unsuspecting corneas

in cape town you cannot just ride when it goes red. ive had turds flash me while approaching the red. please note its already red, and proceed to still jump the robot. these are the times i wish i had a truck. i would seriously drive and see what the **** does.
last week i got hooted at because i had the audacity to stop at a three way stop. on the left you dont really have line of sight of approaching traffic. then i infuriated her more by then stopping and looking in my rear view mirror to see who i offended by stopping at the stop street.
driving it just no fun anymore.
