Bad or dead connections

Is anyone else experiencing timeouts while surfing or downloading? My connection has been hardly usable in the past 12 hours.
 
They are having DNS issues try using a open dns server (4.2.2.2) and let me know
 
Also had problems from midnight...internet connection dropped and also couldn't make or receive calls...seems to be fine now, although I've had quite a few disconnections...something that I never get. I've run for a week continuously with no disconnection before.

I actually thought it might be the rain and bad weather we're having in CT at the moment...that's probably what the Call centre would tell you! :cool:

Also switched over to OpenDNS now and surprisingly my connection seems a bit more responsive now...
 
My connection is completely dead again. Posting from my phone :mad:
 
It seems that MyBB works but everything else (seems, maybe INT sites) are dead.

I'm also very fast approaching cancelling my Neotel.
 
Connection stays on for a couple of minutes and the drops...it's insanely frustrating!
 
I'm still struggling.

Sometimes, I get bursts of speed, maybe up to an hour. but most of the time, its sub 10 kbps.

It just makes me sure I've made the right decision by cancelling.

No doubt you have made the right decision. The fact that we all need to give a play by play on how our connections are performing speaks volumes for neotel. When last has their rep even posted?
 
Seems everyone is having the same problem. I can't do any international browsing. I'm going to phone support and give them hell. My patients is wearing thin, seriously.

Yeah, this is the only local site I visit so my internet experience is limited to this site for now. Can't even log into skype
