Dutch Over? Cloche? Challenger? Steam oven?
I don't remember if it was you who fitted new Miele ovens. They have steam don't they?
My mom introduced me to the dough hook attachment and now I’m going to be fat.
Also had a Chelsea bun that was very similar to a croissant and I want to learn to bake that at home. Maybe this weekend.
I bought a small dutch oven for the purposes. I do have a Miele steam oven but actually haven't used the steam function yet. Next time I'll have to give that a try. But I have to say the oven spring on this is still pretty impressive to me.
Thanks , will do
Enjoy and don't forget to post pics.

Wife and I made this for konfabling #1's 3rd birthday. Cake was pretty good as well. Was relatively solid without being too stodgy, which made the decorating part quite easy.
Used this as a cake base:

Ahhh quite tiring but I would imagine worth it!Certainly worth a shot.
All cooked out this weekend after a three course meal for my birthday for 10 people.
Uovo Raviolo for starters.
Coffee rubbed chili chocolate Fillet, duck fat roast potatoes and breadcrumb Parmesan asparagus for mains.
White chocolate lava cake for desert with ice cream which is the only thing I didn’t make myself.
one of these popped up on our community group that I wanna snag.Yeah I suspect quite a few coming up soon.
And need to fiddle with my sourdough pizza dough as well.
