Yes but that means I have to have the PC on and play against keyboard+mouse players with a gamepad.

PS4 is just more convenient in the lounge, I have an HTPC connected to the TV that could play it on too but it's still just easier to fire up the PS4.

But think of all the extra FPSes and resolution.
 
For those that were wondering. Xbox community is well low when it comes to this game. I have been tracking numbers the weekend and on PS4 it has been consistently higher. If you are playing on PS4 today there is a slight queue but not major.

I don't have a gaming pc but it should be able to play BF V on medium settings probably also own a xbox one s and PS4 launch edition. I'm installing on PC now but after you mentioned that I'm thinking I'm wasting my time.

FWIW the game runs surprising very very well on PS4. Good graphics and no noticeable lag except for server lag when the round starts and everyone spawns there is server lag but sorts itself out in a few seconds. Also looks like servers gets added when needed. PS4 numbers are climbing today. 6 x 64 player servers are full with queues.

Maybe now. Earlier on there were 2 servers online.
I've also not once seen that many servers online, apart from the open beta launch day. The again, perhaps the filtering is bugged on my side.
 
I also only see 2 or so SA servers. Most of today there were none.
Filtering has been broken for me since BF1.

Oh man...remember when everyone went over from BF2 to BF2142... they changed the keybinds so that spacebar was parachute.

Then some months later when everyone came back to BF2, they'd faceplant the pavement while spamming spacebar hoping for a parachute that never came. :laugh:
 
So BF5 is pretty cool, just not R1000 cool :D
Hit reg is amazing and TTK feels really good, and the headshot dinks make me super happy :D
 
Really enjoying BF5 actually.
Gun-play is fantastic and the maps are great besides maybe one.
Launch has also been rock solid. No problems getting into servers or crashes, performance is good. Never drop below 75FPS with a 8700 & RX580 maxxed out (1080p).
