Bean to cup coffee machine help

Also play with the grinder settings. I think mine is 2 - 3 clicks from the finest.

Great machine and price/deal! Usually R18k from Takealot. I also upgraded from Nespresso to one of these. Very happy after a year of ownership and many coffees. The only downside is that the spout is for hot water only and not milk frothing. We used to use the frother but to be honest the coffee comes out with so much crema that we just use straight milk.

Beauty of the Siemens. You can use any milk jug you like for the frother.

Yeah I don’t like the pipes nor on the Juras. DeLonghi LatteCrema system is amazing. And really like the way the machines clean!

This is what made me move to Delonghi. I also don’t like the pipes. Coming from a Nespresso machine means I was used to the crema system attachment

Just bought this at house and garden show also from hirsch.
After 15 years of using old delonghi

Bought a Seaco GranAroma from Amazon today

Anyone got one of these that can advise to fine tune the grind and any other settings?

A scale is your friend.

But also run a good 10 cups through it before you even taste it for the first time to adjust anything.

I can’t remember if he says it in this video specifically but if your machine has an Americano feature use that for larger volume, don’t just make espressos with more water all you’ll get is sludge.

So focus on getting an espresso right and to your liking then worry about other stuff once you have those values sorted. Then if you want larger coffees use the Americano function which makes a normal espresso extraction and then adds the water separately after. Makes a HUGE difference.
