It's a typical sales technique to create a sense of urgency with the buyer.

Loving how they're throwing all of the basic business moves at the problem in such an incredibly simplistic manner. It really comes across as a strategy developed by a graduate who thinks he knows everything but doesn't have the slightest inkling as to how things actually work. It is childish business at its finest...

working in one of those scamral etag store or office places must be quite nice and peaceful all day. just buy a roll of carpet and you get to work on your putting for 8 or more hours every day. *bliss*
 
I dont understand.
why would anyone buy an Etag? I am not trying to be mean, like when I ask why anyone would buy a black berry, this time I actually mean it. WHy the hell would you buy one.

please pay money so we know who you are and we can tell you how much you have to pay us each month.

Dont buy an Etag
they dont know exactly who I am so getting my bill takes them longer
so I can ignore the bill anyway
and not pay Etoll because we the people of Gauteng had no actual say in the toll process
and not having an Etag means it costs SANRAL more money to try and get anything out of me.



now in all seriousness can someone please explain the logic of actually buying an Etag? kan we hear from someone who has actually bought one
 
How far are we willing to go. I don't want to buy a stupid e-tag and give the government even more of my salary. Nor do I have the guts to go and put a stick of dynamite on a gantry (which may very well be the only way to stop this rubbish if OUTA is unsuccessful).
