Bed Recommendations

@OP At least he helped you eliminate Cloud Nine, it gets you banned...

The problem is the stuff have so many names, you don't know what you buy anymore.
Honestly that's part of the issue. Every brand has innumerable models to choose from and I, like most people buy beds so infrequently that they mean nothing to me.

After 10 years of use, some places were little down, though not too much. Wanted a more firmer bed as wife was pregnant and it will be easy to turn on a firm bed. First one I bought for 7500 from dial a bed in 2011 and the new one I got for 18,000 from bed center. This is a king size.

Lannister? Is your wife also your sister?

Crazy how prices have increased.

Ready to break the bank on a bed as my back is already broken. Looking at the Sloom Q XL. Will set me back R11 000 and R5700 for base (excluding headboard).

That's R16 700. Eina!

What I like:
The extra length.
Foam Layers
Firmness changes.
Split mattress. Wife likes a firm mattress. I like a medium mattress.
The base is a bit more more modern compared to the ugly stuff that comes with sealy and C9.

What I don't like:
The price

Not impressed with the the 100 day terms and conditions from dial a bed and mattress warehouse. You basically get penalised for making use of the service in transport costs and service fee as well as strict conditions.

That's a nope for me buying from them online.

So that means so far, unless i leave my cage and go spend time with Salesmen talking my head off, Sloom still has the most user friendly online bed shopping TsCs.
