Not impressed with the the 100 day terms and conditions from dial a bed and mattress warehouse. You basically get penalised for making use of the service in transport costs and service fee as well as strict conditions.

That's a nope for me buying from them online.

So that means so far, unless i leave my cage and go spend time with Salesmen talking my head off, Sloom still has the most user friendly online bed shopping TsCs.

Interested to know how those pillows are.

How has your mattress faired thus far?

I'm in similar situation of debating between something from The Bed Shop, a Sealy or a Sloom.

Cloud Nine seems to have vanished from all the local bed shops. Weird. When I ask they show me a Dunlopillo instead.

Serta beds are amazing. Just wonder about their durability.

Thanks, but I’m in JHB South and the only places I can go test the beds out at are an hours drive away and don’t offer the 100 night test if I order online, without being attached to a ridiculous fee.

It is getting more and more comfortable but not quite there yet. I still feel it is too firm and need one thin layer of softer foam.

I also struggled to find Cloud Nine as each bed store likes to push a specific brand. The Cloud Nines that were available were the budget ones and too hard or the very expensive ones.
