Beginners Looking for help - Wordpress Solution

Hey Guys,

Would love some help setting up a Search filter table on my homepage. But can't find an ideal version.
I've come across a few basic versions, but Ideally, I would like my search filter for products to be in the middle of the homepage, similar to this:

Would love any help on Plugin recommendations preferably. Unless this isn't possible with a plugin ???

Hiya, I found it a bit tricky, but you can find the class name of the modal (if it is a modal)
What is the name of this plugin. I can install it on one for my test sites and play around with it for you
