How long will this take? Is there an ETA?Hi,

How long will this take? Is there an ETA?
Thanks for responding. That is great newsThere is no ETA currently. Vuma is investigating and locating the break. Technicians en route for a repair.
I haven't seen anything on my side as yet but really hoping they start soonI agree...Vumareach extremely problematic. Been multiple issues, 5th I think....lost count, since going live few months ago. Will be switching over to Openserve once they go live. Installation in progress. Busy stringing aerial fibre in our road.
What side are you on? They doing old belhar, the library side, section behind chemist, area at apostolic church, then chestnut way, area behind usave/bp/excelsiorI haven't seen anything on my side as yet but really hoping they start soon
I'm close to Belhar High side near the Anglican church and haven't seen them busy thereWhat side are you on? They doing old belhar, the library side, section behind chemist, area at apostolic church, then chestnut way, area behind usave/bp/excelsior

Nothing on my premises but can see one in the neighbors yard behind meThey will come sir. Theu doing aerial fibre and would need access to the telkom pole, of u have one on yoir premises
Is there a website to check Openserve's coverage? Vumareach still a cheaper option thoughThey will come sir. Theu doing aerial fibre and would need access to the telkom pole, of u have one on yoir premises
There website not updated. Does not say "roll out in progress". Openserve more stable, and higher speed options, like 100/50 and 200/200 and better contention ratio. Is there a website to check Openserve's coverage? Vumareach still a cheaper option though
Then they will access neighbors yard. Hopefully they at home when team arrivesNothing on my premises but can see one in the neighbors yard behind me
This is my fear that they might not be home when they make a turn to check out the poleThen they will access neighbors yard. Hopefully they at home when team arrives
Vumareach is the cheaper option yes, but with all the faults that have been happening of late is very discerning to say the least. Out of all the faults that have happened since go live date only one was from the ISP and the rest have all been on vuma's side.Is there a website to check Openserve's coverage? Vumareach still a cheaper option though
Sinve theu string fibre from.pole to pole, maybe they will try and access pole from your backyarf, as was done in my caseThis is my fear that they might not be home when they make a turn to check out the pole
