I agree...Vumareach extremely problematic. Been multiple issues, 5th I think....lost count, since going live few months ago. Will be switching over to Openserve once they go live. Installation in progress. Busy stringing aerial fibre in our road.

I haven't seen anything on my side as yet but really hoping they start soon

What side are you on? They doing old belhar, the library side, section behind chemist, area at apostolic church, then chestnut way, area behind usave/bp/excelsior

I'm close to Belhar High side near the Anglican church and haven't seen them busy there
 
They will come sir. Theu doing aerial fibre and would need access to the telkom pole, of u have one on yoir premises

Is there a website to check Openserve's coverage? Vumareach still a cheaper option though

There website not updated. Does not say "roll out in progress". Openserve more stable, and higher speed options, like 100/50 and 200/200 and better contention ratio.

Vumareach is the cheaper option yes, but with all the faults that have been happening of late is very discerning to say the least. Out of all the faults that have happened since go live date only one was from the ISP and the rest have all been on vuma's side.

@AfriNatic has been exceptional with his customer service in helping us to have all these faults attended too
