where does the fibre cable come from that goes into the slimbox? And yes, very strange installation. they should have asked permission first

I was busy in a meeting when it all happened but they came back yesterday to put it all up again. Still no slimbox though that I can see

Mine is purple with lines and I guess that is still in rollout phase

On another note my vuma reach is down. LOS light is flashing red. Anyone else having problems?

If a repair is required it's usually related to a fibre break in the area.

There is an open network incident for Belhar 1 due to a Vuma Core migration to Vuma Reach. There is some ex SADV complexes being migrated to Vuma Reach. Not sure if this is the cause but I think we should still log a ticket for you if the issue persist.

I will keep monitoring the issue. If it does persist then a ticket should be logged. Will confirm here
