Hi guys,

please post some quadrant scores on your android phone.

Model:
Android version and rom:
Quadrant score:
CPU clock:

You can get the Quadrant standard edition from the android market, run benchmark, watch the pretty 3d rendering and post us your score :)

I'll start with mine
Model: Moto Defy manufacture date Dec 2010
Android version and rom: 2.3.4 Gingerbread Cyanogen Mod 7.1 RC1
Quadrant score: 2503
CPU clock: 1.1ghz (setfsb profile on "performance"

:D

Model: Samsung Galaxy SII
Android 2.3.3 (stock)
Quadrant score: 3048
CPU clock: 1.2Ghz dual-core

Some of us should probably use Linpack or Smartbench as well. Those are optimised for dual-core phones. Quadrant only works for one core.

Linkpack: 81.957

Smartbench 2011: 3861

Model: Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini Pro
Android 2.2.1 (Cryogenmod 6.0)
Quadrant score: 694
CPU clock: 691Mhz (overclocked)

Mine sucks!

Model: HTC Desire
Android version and rom: Android 2.2
Quadrant score:1129
CPU clock:998.4 MHz

What's weird is that after the benchmark when it ranks you with other devices, the HTC Desire is 3 below where my device scored :/

Model: Samsung Galaxy SII
Android version and rom: Android 2.3.3, Stock ROM
Quadrant score: 3059
SmartBench 2011 score: 3637
CPU clock: 1.2GHz Dual Core

How do you know when your device was manufactured?

Samsung galaxy s I 9000
gingerbread stock JVQ 2.3.4
Quadrant 1386
Cpu 1ghz

Quadrant score:1129

Its original rank was probably given running eclair or whatever and not froyo

the guy who sold it to me entered my imei into a website which came backwith the result...I think the site is called numberplans.com

3493 on a Galaxy S2 using VillianRom (deodexed). I must say that this is fairly high, normally around 3200 - 3300.

PS. Are .png files not valid from the MyBB app? I get a "not a valid image format" error. Weird that png's aren't supported.

I know it is a good phone but this SII is proving to be potent!

I also doubt your phone could really push that high of a benchmark. I recently read that these developers hack their ROMs so that when benchmarks are run, the numbers appear way too high, as is the case for your phone. I think your phone is only around 1200.
