Best Anti-Virus Software ???

Hi guys which Anti-Virus is the best to go for.

I have Panda Anti-Virus 2006 + Firewall which is allmost on it's expire date.

I am looking for something good to use.
Panda is great at stopping allmost anything, the only problem is it slows down the PC quite a bit and the Firewall is messing around with Internet Connection sharing sometimes... :confused:
 
Well, it all depends whether you want a free or a paid product?

And I agree, Goobie, this topic has been discussed before (in my thread if I remember correctly) :D
 
yes, and you too should be slapped for starting another thread on the topic when mine was already available when searched for. But nevertheless...here we have another one.

I choose paying for anti-virus, you get a higher quality product.. :confused:

Damn Panda 2007 only 25th on the list..
I was thinking to go with Bitdefender 10, but looks like Kasperky is king...

I've used Kaspersky in the past and when the license expired I switched to AVS (uses the Kaspersky engine) and haven't looked back. For free you cannot find a better product.

I had other questions to ask, so I decided to create a different thread.

Yeah - that's probably the only nice thing I can think of that AOL has ever done.

Parallels also gives each user a free copy of Kaspersky to keep them safe. :)
