How does it work? I know the beans are like a lucky packet, but if we like them, is there a way to reveal where they came from?Things are moving swiftly! Don't get left behind!

Let's check in when I'm done with the 3kgs worth of beans.@Herr der Verboten We'd love to give you another awesome option to source your coffee![]()
They give a short description where the beans originate from (I assume as much information the supplier/roaster gives anyways), they also number the beans, they don't give the supplier name, but you can then re-order just the beans you like. How does it work? Do they have roasting dates on them?We do have a mechanism to order the beans you like.
Do they have roasting dates on them?
I'd like to stratify roasting dates if possible (i.e. always be drinking something not older than a month by the time it gets into the grinder - what I dont want is to start drinking the most recently roasted beans first, and the oldest last)
Ordered. We are looking at including the dates on our packaging.
Our strategy is to ensure that we are never more than 7 days post roast, meaning that you'll get the beans in a properly degassed state, ready to enjoy.
