What would be the best Free VPN that works with both Linux Mint 17 (Ubuntu 14.x) and Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean?

I do not have root access on the phone and also do not wish to root it.

I am on Mint and I am installing Chromium now. Gosh, it is huge, almost 50MB setup files!

The Hola extension will only work what browsing you do in Chromium not the their entire OS.

I use openvpn. There is an android app as well. Very happy with both. Also run on win7.You create all your certs on your Linux box and can distribute to any client.
