Best hardware for high-end multimedia software?

I'm looking for advice please.

I use a variety of multimedia software applications like Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Movie Studio Platinum, etc.

Currently using a Dell laptop, i7 Core, 16Gig Ram, 1TB HDD, 64-bit OS, AMD Radeon R7 M440, Intel(R) HD Graphics 620. Running on Windows 10 Pro.

Not coping too well when running After Effects and other high-end apps.

What would be the best laptop to buy off the shelf to replace existing one?
