Best home uncapped ISP

Can anyone recommend a fast and reliable ISP for a 2Mbps home uncapped package?
I use about 100Gb per month (downloads 30Gb, Browsing/streaming 70Gb).

I am currently on Cybersmart's package and speeds are intolerably slow. Downloads coming in at 2-4 KB/s.

connection.co.za are running a special on 2mb at the mo
