best ISP for gamers?

Hello people
I live in Potchefstroom and the ISP I'm currently with is great for browsing the web but for gaming it sucks, I used to get 180ms on European servers but now i get a volatile 230 that plays more like 300. ( I play Overwatch and League of Legends )
Any recommendations or advice would be appreciated

Doesn't matter what you do 180-250ms is standard to European servers. No ISP can change the distance from here to Europe and that's what creates the ping.

What connection do you have - fibre, ADSL, or VDSL? Maybe something else?

Not too sure about the best ISP for low latency. We use a few ISPs, and latency has become a problem at night.
