Those speeds and package changes are yet to be sent to other ISPs.
They're only supposed to be rolled out on the 1st of September so it seems like they're the first ones.

So update...
I did contacted them and it seems they're partially isp but rather fiber provider mainly. Still waiting for evotels response regarding new prices.

I'm still Intact with them if they really install fiber through evo. will see what they says
 
Evotel have announced new pricing and package structures/speeds. However these are only going to be available from 1 September 2023. I'm sure most ISPs will begin announcing the changes in the coming weeks.
 
Stay away from RSAweb.Afrihost seems the way to go
 
Whatever you do, stay well away from Cape Connect. After checking the way they respond to customer complaints, I wouldn’t go near them

The prices I saw are much higher than other ISPs. For that I'd expect amazing personalised service.
