Hey Guys
So obviously, as looking into the uncapped market, Mweb has been my first choice but later on as I wondered into some forums I got the sense that Mweb's 384 kbps Uncapped Solution was heavily shaped, unreliable and all together a waste of money.
I looked into other ISPs such as Afrihost, Axxess and Openweb but it was unclear as to which ISP is for me.
So my question is... Which ISP package should I take if I want a 384 kbps account under R300 pm that does not heavily shape P2Ps or at least not during night time ( I expect to be doing around 10 - 20 GB pm and will be doing quite a bit of damage on Youtube) ?
Please feel free to share your experience about the above mentioned ISPs or any other ISP for that matter.
* I would preferably like a ISP with an Office in Cape Town, Call Centers are great for after hours and all but I like the human contact and not having to pay online but if push comes to shove my credit card is equipped to pay online *
Thanks guys
