So which VPN are you guys currently making use of? I’m using Express VPN, and happy with it. Im doing on a month to month basis, so not cheap at $12.95

Any other suggestions? Need a VPN that is not going to throttle my connection speeds

two years ago i bought a black Friday lifetime deal for VPN unlimited. seems to be working well.

+1 for PIA. I use it a month at a time when I travel, though, I'm not on it permanently.

If I could, I would use ProtonVPN, but since I have a two-year-long ProtonMail account already they will only charge me at the same renewal schedule, and I don't need 2 years worth of VPN. So just for a month at a time, PIA is the next best thing.

I hear that NordVPN is also very good but they are a lot more pricy.

Same here - no noticeable speed decrease. Pretty much only use it when I'm travelling for connecting back to our network or banking.

ivpn.net has been my go to for years. It's a bit more pricy that others, but has a solid privacy policy, throughput and latency has never ever been an issue for me. I've tried NordVPN, ExpressVPN, PIA and TunnelBeard and haven't been completely satisfied.

Here's my referral code if you're interested, you get 50% off https://www.ivpn.net/r/iymwvOKeXC

I have TorGuard as a backup.

Does PIA have a Android Tv app? Both Express and Nord have one. I only use it on the Litbox

Nord is good, probably second only to Express in terms of capacity (last I checked), and they currently have very decent yearly subs.

Have been using PIA for the last two years. It has been satisfactory but go-blocked content is no longer working. BBC iPlayer, Itv, and All 4 apps have stopped working on my Fire TV. So I'm thinking of moving to Nord, because I hear they have at least one server where BBC still works. Netflix has also managed to basically cut down every VPN provider trying to get through to it. Pia is good if you just want anonymous browsing and torrenting, but it's becoming useless for circumnavigation of geoblocking

Wow this is crazy. Just signed up with PIA. Plenty of regions Netflix detects I'm using a proxy. However, the US region I can connect fine. ExpressVpn is the other way around. US region won't connect me to Netflix, but everybody else does

Haha, seems like I'm an outsider from this thread.

Surfshark user checking in. Can't say anything bad besides that there's not a lot of servers as they are a new provider in the market. The good news that the ones they got, work perfectly.

Been using Nord for a few months. Mostly satisfied. Ok for 1080p generally but not fast enough for 4K streaming.
