Hi Jade, it could be both. I have about 20 webites, so reseller is obviously the better option. However , some of my clients have massive mailboxes, so individual might work better for them.

All of my new clients are going to Absolute Hosting at the moment.

I would stick with either of the first 2.

So I've almost got this, it's down to Absolute, 1-Grid or InterWeb SA. I've spoken to InterWeb and they say that they can help with KonsoleH migration.

Never heard of interwebsa, they only registered the domain this month : Creation Date: 2020-04-07T13:47:08Z

The benefit to choosing reseller hosting on Direct Admin being that you don't have the per user license fees you get on Cpanel.

On the other hand Cpanel have been developing their panel since 1996, very quick to patch 0 day vulnerability issues and 5 star support.

Depends on your budget really. Direct admin is good. Many of our clients who want to save money move over to Direct Admin and they don't move back to Cpanel once they get used to the interface.
