They do?
I would say that Ubiquiti don't really even feature in the Enterprise space. That is cornered by Cisco, Rukus, Aruba(HPE) and Extreme Networks.
I had the opposite impression (but I can be wrong)

We need to define best.

Are you looking at price or capabilities, because capabilities put Ubiquiti at the top.

Have you worked/have experience with Cisco/Rukus/Extream Networks equipment? Do you know what they offer?
Just asking, I only have experience with Cisco and Ubiquiti and Cisco has many more features... miles ahead to be honest.

We do use Ubiquiti at a few small offices but are replacing them with Cisco as the budget allows, think we have about 7 of them left, and 78 Cisco AP's with 3 controllers.

I do use Ubiquiti at home

I have only used Mikrotik, ubiquiti and Aruba 225s I like the ubiquiti interface more but spec wise Aruba APs and my UAP Pro is the same (range and stuff), but I've never had a setup where I have more than 8 access points so my experience here is nothing.

I don't know how well ubiquiti scale. The Aruba controller feels rock solid.

Ubiquity UniFi range takes the cake in terms of performance and capability vs price. But if it's out of budget, consider the Tenda Mesh Solutions. We've had plenty of luck with the Nova Mesh (3 pack) and Nova Light (2 pack). Honestly better performance than the Airties and a lot cheaper.

Not by a LONG shot..

They are amongst the best at an affordable(ish) price point for the residential market though...

Yup. They fall under the Prosumer category IIRC, so many small businesses use them as well.

I have a Ubiquiti AP lite. Works perfectly.
