Better deal for iPhone 5

I was about buy the iPhone 5 from 8ta for 358pm, but i found this deal from cellc, is it better?, are there any catches ?

FYI - was surprised to see that a call to DiscoveryCard on their 0860 number didnt come out of free minutes... so next time illl call their land line

but aside from that the package is a gem...
