thos plates are meant to be used for the GARAGE not your own personal use cause you wanna (just by the odd chance you drive too fast) avoid a speeding ticket...

I think you need some moral values as was said earlier...

Is it perfectly legal if i goto your car dealership and steal a car or two?

I guess I'd preaching to the converted if I told you how pointless it is responding to trolls - it's no wonder how Jacob Zuma got elected with a voter base made up of this kind.

Perhaps those arguing the merits of using fog lights during the day when there is no fog (which should not even be able to be argued as it is illegal!!) should search this forum for the previous argument on this topic. A poster there was kind enough to post a link to another forum which showed the effect of various lights on the vision of any cars approaching the said vehicle.

But of course, as I concluded in my previous post, most of you probably have very little concern for other people's well being anyway!

I put in that link I think you're referring to very early on in this thread (post #18) to help. Judging by the comments from certain posters, they've yet to read it.

I don't understand how a car can look sick with fog lights on, it's absurd. I guess fog lights are good for illuminating the kerb, hoping that you'll pick up a girl/guy you won't have to pay for this time.
 
I don't understand how driving with your fog lights is illegal. Why the hell would you put it on a car if it's illegal? Or is it DRIVING with the lights on that makes it illegal? And for that matter, WHY is it illegal?
 
Just my opinion but if the lights are affecting you, wouldn't it be rational to purchase a pair of sunglasses to help reduce the effect of lights?

They are called FOGlights because you can legally use them when there is fog.

Its illegal to have your fog lights turned on when there is no fog (night or day). Thats what the laws says. They probably did it because fog lights are bright and have a wider angle than normal driving lights or "brights".

Is this the crazy approach we should take to all illegal issues ?

It would be damn easy to sell solar power torches, or dehydrated water to some of these trolls:cool:
