Anyway,How is the sound quality on the Sennheiser HD 429 West headphones?

I purchased the Corsair 1500 7.1 USB - very disappointed with the sound quality.

I'm very happy with mine.

The only problem - for some - is the fact that the bass is tight & accurate, rather than an overloaded sound that one gets from a boom-box.

The build quality is typical of Sennheiser, though (obviously) down to a price-level.

The price is excellent !
 
Orms has some good specials to coincide with the Photo and Film Expo.

Don't know about the 429s, but the 465s suck too - headband far too tight. I got a pair of 515s. Ye olde 435 Manhattan was great, but alas, it is no more.
