Telkom has released its Group Interim Results for the six months ended 30 September 2016, which show a huge increase in the number of mobile subscribers over the past year.

Good work from Telkom, 3 years ago they were thinking of closing Telkom Mobile because it was a making big loses.

A disaster waiting to happen, Subscribers increased by 40% but sites only increased by 10%. I would stay away from Telkom as there is bound to be congestion at their towers and service levels will fall.

Capital expenditure on mobile infrastructure has increased by 50% YoY. They seen to be getting it right. This is not an openweb business model.
