6.9 Customers with multiple FNB Connect SIM card accounts on their profile will be prioritised as
follows;
6.10 Priority 1 – A FNB Connect SIM card account that is registered for inContact.
6.11 Priority 2 – A FNB Connect SIM card account that is registered for Cellphone Banking.
6.12 Priority 3 – A FNB Connect SIM card account, that has spent the most during that month.
6.13 Should there be any contention, Priority 3 will apply.
