Big SA Post Office ecommerce platform coming soon

Who is going going to "benefit " from this effort. They too useless to deliver a letter on time. My Telkom account regularly arrives 2 months late.

I am bit confused by this, is this suppose to be like a 'courier' option or something for the post office?

Must you be a business to register for this service if you want to send goods overseas?

Is this service going to be faster vs. the current service of sending parcels overseas?

thrashing of a dead animal.

everybody knows the post office isnt worth anything.
(what SOE besides SARS is?)

and yet they trying some last desperate effort to force people to use them.

including the idea that aliexpress and ebay and takealot MUST by LAW use them.

This will be R 100 000 platform that will cost R 300 million.

Then it won't work on launch and no-one will be held accountable.

Tenderpreneur (buddy/brother/cousin whatever...) drives away in their 7 luxury vehicles to one of their 4 new properties.

Yeah, a bright spark, insisted on a post office stamp, on envelope, as "proof of authenticity " - no further comment required.

Never had that.. I've been using printed statements and the like for years....

How about this, keep one envelope with the stamp, and then just print the statements out in future... I'm pretty sure that brightspark isn't clever enough to read the date stamp :P
