Big ups to Rebeltech

So i had a warranty claim for 4 x Ram sticks that where bought from Sybaratic (no longer, we all know the story) that came with a "lifetime Warranty"

Rebeltech helped me with the warranty claim and went out of there way (I had no receipts and all that) to sort it out. I now have 4 RMA'd Ram sticks (Back to 16GB glory days) sitting in my PC.

So just wanted to say thanks. Its not often a company helps you for no reward or payment and they really outdid themselves in this regard (I have had worse experiences trying to RMA from the company i actually bought the goods from)

Yup! Not great when you buy kits as I learned :-/ You have to replace all the modules in the kit, but strangely enough 2 where broken.

but ya, thought i had to give some credit where its due!

I hope you've spent a lot of money at Rebel Tech?

I've spent over 30 grand on their store. I must remember to use their help for all my issues in the future. :p
 
I have spent my fair share there over the years :-)
